Sand Pail Votive Holders One great option if you want to make your beaching wedding favors on your own is sand pail votive holders. These are easy to make and they look wonderful. All you’ll need is some little metal pails that will hold a votive. Simply paint them up with your wedding colors, consider painting on some beach themed shapes, and then add a votive in a complimentary color as well. A nice touch is to put a bit of sand in the bottom of the pail.
Beach Decorated Candy Tins Another great idea if you are going to make do it yourself beach wedding favors is to make some beach decorated candy tins. Most guests really enjoy candy. So, purchase some candy tins, decorate them up to match your beach theme. Then you’ll want to fill them up with candy. Consider tying some ribbon around the tins for a finished look.

Put some tulle into the pails, fill that with nuts, and then tie the tulle shut with some ribbon. Purchase some nice picture frames that are plain, and make sure you’ll be able to glue something to them. Then get plenty of small shells, a glue gun, and plenty of glue sticks. You’ll want to glue the small shells all around the picture frame. Once they dry, you’ll have a beautiful frame done up with sea shells. You can even use them as place card holders too to save even more money.
